These Terms do not govern Cubic Logics’ SaaS applications, software subscriptions, paid services, customer agreements, End User License Agreements, Data Processing Agreements, Service Level Agreements, or other product-specific or customer-specific contractual arrangements.

The Websites include, without limitation, hr365.us, apps365.com, clm365.com, cubiclogics.com, hr365.ai, helpdesk365.ai, clm365.ai, expense365.ai, and any related, successor, replacement, affiliated, or future domains, websites, subdomains, mobile websites, support sites, marketing portals, knowledge bases, documentation websites, blogs, or online services operated by Cubic Logics (collectively, the “Websites”).
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, using, downloading materials from, submitting information through, or otherwise interacting with the Websites, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Websites.

(r) Use the Websites or their content to develop, market, or enhance competing products or services in an unauthorized manner.
Enforcement
Cubic Logics reserves the right to investigate violations of this Section 6, restrict or terminate access, block IP addresses or automated systems, remove or restrict access to content, preserve records, cooperate with law enforcement or regulators, and pursue legal or equitable remedies for violations. These enforcement rights may be exercised without prior notice.
Unauthorized scraping, crawling, data mining, bulk downloading, mirroring, framing, or automated access to the Websites may result in technical blocking, legal action, claims for damages, or injunctive relief.
Api And Robot Access
Unless expressly authorized in writing, no API access rights are granted through the Websites. Robots, crawlers, scrapers, automated agents, and high-volume request tools are prohibited except as expressly permitted by Cubic Logics in writing. (b) Injunctive relief. Except as required by law or to enforce an arbitration award, the arbitration process, arbitrator’s decision, and any settlement agreement shall be confidential.
Class Action Waiver
You acknowledge and agree that arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis only. You waive the right to participate in any class action, collective action, consolidated action, or representative action against Cubic Logics, and Cubic Logics waives the right to pursue such actions against you. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law or modified to achieve its intended effect, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

No failure or delay by Cubic Logics in exercising any right, power, or remedy under these Terms shall operate as a waiver. Any waiver must be in writing and shall apply only to the specific instance for which it is given.
33. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with any policies expressly referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Cubic Logics regarding use of the Websites and supersede prior or contemporaneous understandings relating to Website access or use. These Terms do not replace, amend, or supersede any separate written agreement governing Cubic Logics’ SaaS applications, paid services, software subscriptions, customer relationships, or enterprise services.
